In fact we do not shy away from more unusual makes as we thrive on the engineering challenges. Re-investing back into the business means we have state of art Design, 3D Scanning, multiple Axis CNC machines, Water Jet Cutter as well as traditional metal working Lathes and Milling machines. The team of 5 engineers are all proficient in Solid WORKS through to traditional metal working, enabling them to cut the perfect paper gasket through to simulating the engines timing on a PC, or just milling one of our new Bentley 3ltr Bentley Blocks ! .

Working very closely with the BDC UK, Arie-Jean Engineering have created new sand cast 3Ltr Bently blocks. The blocks are machined to the original WO drawings, with the only deviation being extra material on the foot surface. Giving you the option to safely mill the block to alter the static compression ratio..
TALBOT OF LONDON ROTAX SOLENOID
The Talbot uses a 24v starting system and 12v operation, rather ahead of its time. However the last 90 years has taken it toll on the starter solenoid. Simple copper bushes simply ware out so the solution was to use highest grade copper and machine it all in-house.
